House of Faith Presbyterian

A daughter of Andrew Presbyterian Church in North Minneapolis, the House of Faith was established in 1887.  For the first two years, the congregation met in the Jackson Street Chapel, located at Jackson Street between 3rd Avenue and Broadway NE.  In 1889 they moved into a new building located at the corner of Broadway and Jefferson St. NE.  Unlike congregations organized by newly arrived immigrants, English has been the only language used in the church.
